Chelmsford Townlink Radio System

DMRAlert Street® has been installed into Chelmsford CCTV room allowing them to completely manage both their Townlink and Publink systems. The functionality in the control rooms allow them to-

1. See which radios are logged on and active on the system

2. Identify and log all transmissions made on the system

3. Provide dispatch functionality such as SMS sending to individuals and groups of radios

4. Integrated mapping allows GPS enabled radios to plot their location on screen so you can see where key personnel are throughout the city

The DMRAlert® solution collects vital information and statistics from the MOTOTRBO™ digital radio systems allowing management to produce valuable data detailing who the major users are. They can highlight busy times of the week and allocate resources accordingly.

The Chelmsford Street Pastors are provided with GPS enables MOTOTRBO™ DP3601 hand portable radios keeping them in clear communication with CCTV at all times with the added reassurance that CCTV know where they are at any point in time as the GPS radio sends its location back to the mapping solution.
